These classes are for students who want a more in-depth experience to embody the reliable and effective postural techniques of Yoga. These classes will address your needs to release tension, effectively deal with back pain and therapeutically strengthen the body. The first two thirds of class will be yoga postures and somatic exercises to balance the body’s strength, flexibility and agility. The last third of class will be breath work and mindfulness meditation techniques to develop focus. These sessions are perfect for the person who wants better body alignment and greater ease in movement for all of life’s activities.
Summer Session 2020:
7 week session from July 7th to August 18th, 2020 – 6 to 7:30 pm (No classes August 4th and 25th)

Suggested rates : Drop in rate is $10 to $16 plus taxes per session or $8 – $10 plus taxes for students and seniors. Full 6 week session – Fee is $70 plus taxes.
