Participate in a complete practice to centre, align and release.

Experience the rejuvenating results of a complete yoga practice for experienced beginners and intermediate students. In these sessions, you will receive a guided complete yoga experience in alignment based yoga exercises, functional anatomy postural integration, breath work and meditation. Each session will flow through yoga postures, breath work, a short yoga nidra practice and a mindfulness meditation. The benefits of a complete yoga practice is that it promotes complete fitness, health, equanimity, concentration, compassion and awareness.

Summer session:
6 sessions – July 9th to August 13th, 2019 – 6 to 7:45 pm

Fee: Regular drop in rate is $15 plus taxes per session (15% discount for students and seniors)
or $90 plus taxes for all six sessions
