Enjoy these 60 minute morning sessions to learn the ancient art of ayurvedic health and awareness. In each class, we will practice 40 minutes of Yoga for health and then practice 20 minutes of buddhist mindfulness meditation practices of compassion & concentration. Over 12 weeks, you will guided through the essential yoga exercises and the essential teachings of The Satipatthana Sutta of the Buddha (The second teaching of the Buddha on the arenas of mindfulness).

Fee: $14 per class or $200 for all 24 sessions over 12 weeks.

Registration and payments for a class or the whole course are required 24 hours advance. When you have registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation email and be added to the Zoom list. Please make payments via an e-transfer to Allison at allisonulan@gmail.com.
