Enjoy the ultimate class that blends the best of yoga, somatic movement and mindfulness so you leave class aligned and revitalized. These Saturday morning classes are in Vinyasa Krama approach. Over eight weeks, you will develop strength, flexibility, agility and concentration.

From her thirty years in contemporary dance and Yoga, Allison Ulan skillfully guides you through classes which release tension, develop your strength and cultivate optimal structural integrity. These elements are necessary so you can live with freedom and ease.  At times in sessions, you will use props such as blocks, yoga straps, chairs and blankets to aid you to learn new body dynamics and movements. Plus, you will explore movement and yoga sequences to integrate new patterns of mobility and stability.

Winter Session 2021 – January 9th to February 27th – 8 sessions

Fees: For the whole eight weeks, $108 (includes taxes)
or drop in regular rate of $15 plus taxes = $18.30 per class
or drop in student/senior rate of $10 plus taxes $11.50

Payments are made via an e-transfer to Allison at allisonulan@gmail.com or by Paypal to allisonulan@gmail.com.

Please pre-register at least 24 hours in advance of the course by write to me at allisonulan@gmail.com. Also, payments are required in advance. When I receive your registration request and payment, I will add you to my weekly zoom list.

15 minutes before the start of each weekly session, you will receive a secure encrypted Zoom link to participate. Be sure you have downloaded Zoom App before the session.
