Enjoy a class that blends the best of yoga, somatic movement and mindfulness so you leave class aligned, centred and revitalized. These Saturday morning classes are in Vinyasa Krama approach. Each session will develop strength, flexibility, agility and concentration.

Allison skillfully guides you through yoga and somatic techniques which release body tension, develop strength and cultivate structural integrity. These elements aid you so you can live with more freedom and ease.  In this class, you will use props such as blocks, yoga straps, chairs, the wall and bolsters to aid you to learn new movement dynamics. Then you will explore movement and flow sequences to integrate new patterns of mobility and presence.

Autumn Session – September 12th to November 28th – 12 sessions

Fees: $15 plus taxes = $18.30 per class or $108 plus taxes = $122.50 for the 12 week session.

Payments are made via an e-transfer to allisonulan@gmail.com or by Paypal to allisonulan@gmail.com.

Register is required 24 hours in advance of the course by write to me at allisonulan@gmail.com. Also, payment is required in advance. When I receive your registration email and payment, I will add you to my weekly zoom list.

15 minutes before the start of each weekly session, you will receive a secure encrypted Zoom link to participate. Be sure you have downloaded Zoom App before the session.
