Enjoy these 60 minute morning sessions to learn the ancient art of ayurvedic health, Yoga and mindfulness. In each class, we will practice practice 20 minutes of buddhist mindfulness meditation practices of compassion & concentration. Then the class segues into 40 minutes of Yoga for health. This December enjoy 6 classes focused on the Four Noble Truths (The Essential teachings of Buddhism).

Fee: $12 to $15 per class or $50 plus taxes = $57.49 for all 6 sessions – December 2nd to December 21st, 2020

Registration is required 24 hours in advance by writing me at allisonulan@gmail.com. Payments for a class or the whole course are required in advance. Make payments via an e-transfer to me at  allisonulan@gmail.com. When you have registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation email. On the day of classes, you will be sent an email with the Zoom link 15 minutes before the start of the session.
