Participate in a complete practice to centre, align and release your back so you live with ease and freedom. Online and by pre-registration is necessary for these sessions.

These classes are for students who want a more in-depth experience to embody the reliable and effective postural techniques of Yoga. These classes will address your needs to release tension, effectively deal with back pain and therapeutically strengthen the body. The first two thirds of class will be yoga postures and somatic exercises to balance the body’s strength, flexibility and agility. The last third of class will be breath work and mindfulness meditation techniques to develop focus. These sessions are perfect for the person who wants better body alignment and greater ease in movement for all of life’s activities.

Autumn Session 2020:

12 week session from September 8th to November 24th, 2020 – 6:30 to 8 pm

Fees: $15 plus taxes per class or $108 plus taxes for all twelve sessions.

To register, write to me at allisonulan@gmail.com in advance of the classes by 24 hours. Also, payment is required in advance. When i receive your registration email and payment, I will add you to my weekly zoom list.

15 minutes before the start of each session, you will receive a secure encrypted Zoom link to participate. Be sure you have downloaded Zoom App before the session.
