Online Yoga for Beginners – 12 week Course with Allison Ulan

This 12 week course is your opportunity to practice traditional Vinyasa Krama Yoga infused with the amazing practices of functional anatomy and somatic movement. Discover fun and effective ways to optimize your health through breath work, flexibility, strength, agility and concentration techniques.
Autumn Session 2020: Thursday evenings – September 10th to November 26th, 2020 – 6:30 pm to 8 pm
This course will provide you with the fundamentals of Vinyasa Krama Yoga blended with the therapeutics of somatic movement. In each class, you are guided through postures and exercises step-by-step with clear explanations of the postures (āsanas) and breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma). You will learn the key anatomical alignment to relieve back tension, increase mobility of the spine, calm the nervous system and naturally increase strength. Plus, you will be introduced to the basic form of mindfulness meditation.
This course is open to anyone who is completely new to yoga, new to the Vinyasa Krama Yoga method or anyone who would like to go back to the basics. The course is structured over 6 sessions.
Fee: $15 plus taxes $18.30 per class or $108 plus taxes = $122.50 for the 12 week session.
Register in advance (48 hours) is required by writing to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. New comers are welcome at anytime. Payment is required in advance of classes via en e-transfer or Paypal payment to email@example.com. When I receive both of these requirements, you will be added to the Zoom list. On the day of the class, 15 minutes before the start of session, you will receive a safe encrypted Zoom link for you to participate.
