Tuesday Evenings – The Complete Yoga Class for Back Care and Posture – Level 1 & 2

These classes are for students who want a more in-depth experience to embody the reliable and effective postural techniques of Yoga. These classes will address your needs to release tension, effectively deal with back pain and therapeutically strengthen the body. The first two thirds of class will be yoga postures and somatic exercises to balance the body’s strength, flexibility and agility. The last third of class will be breath work and mindfulness meditation techniques to develop focus. These sessions are perfect for the person who wants better body alignment and greater ease movement for all of life’s activities – hey that’s all of us!

Spring Session 2020:

12 week session from April 7th to June 23rd, 2020 – 6 to 7:30 pm

Fees: Free or pay what you can. Donations to me for class are made to me via an e-transfer to allisonulan2gmail.com

Suggested rates : Drop in rate is $16 plus taxes per session or $12 plus taxes  for students and seniors.

Twelve class series rate – Regular rate $140 plus taxes

Twelve class series rate for students and seniors – $110 plus taxes

First class is $10 and includes a mat for the class and all applicable taxes.
