These classes address the needs of anyone who wants to move and breath better through intelligent and fun somatic yoga exercises.  These classes will increase your strength, coordination and agility.  The class routine will first address muscular tension and asymmetry. Then class exercises will progress through series to improve posture and core strength to aid in coordination and explosive action. Each session will end in a complete guided relaxation to aid recovery, focus and mental fortitude.

Fees:

Drop in rates: $15 plus taxes per class regular rate, $12 plus taxes for student drop in

$140 plus taxes regular rate for ten sessions from October 3rd to December 5th.

$110 plus taxes student/senior rate for ten sessions from October 3rd to December 5th.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel to class.
