Participate in a course designed to get back in shape for everything you want to do this summer. This course will focus on activating the core with leg dynamics and upper body extension.  We are focusing on all the body dynamics we need to get back outside and enjoy the great outdoors.

You will learn:
– how to use your core dynamically when lying down, standing, walking and moving dynamically,
– the importance of leg and hip alignment to access strength and mobility through the whole body,
– key postures and principles for leg coordination and pelvic balance,
– 3 Essential Yoga breath routines for optimal breathing,
– 36 Yoga Postures and somatic movement exercises to improve your posture, alignment and mobility.

Enjoy a fully equipped Yoga studio with everything to assure your have a rewarding workout experience.
