Join Joanna Abbatt and Allison Ulan to learn anatomy and physiology to access optimal alignment for proper posture, efficient movement and improved performance for any physical activity. In this course you will learn skeletal structure, musculature dynamics, optimal dynamics of movement and what key exercises promote these principles.  Plus, you will learn how Hatha Yoga and somatic movement support  improved alignment and physical performance.

Embodied Anatomy (Module 2) runs from March 15th to April 19th, 2018 on Thursday evenings from 6 – 9 pm.   This course is open to anyone interested in proper movement to live pain free and move with integrity. Cost: $450 plus GST and PST
Value: 28 CEU with The Yoga Alliance (20 contact hours and 8 non-contact hours).  At this time, there are 6 spots open.
