Embodied Grace – The Connection of Friendship and Equanimity to Navigate Life Daylong Mindfulness Meditation Retreat with Allison Ulan
November 21, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
During this time of great personal and global uncertainty and disruption from the COVID-19 pandemic, we need wisdom, mindfulness, and balance more than ever. These are the qualities that allow us to respond to the needs of the world around us and within us. And yet, often we may feel out of balance and powerless. Because of fear, frustration, and anger towards our immediate experiences, we might yearn for what we don’t have and feel stuck. And of course, we feel overwhelmed by the size of our challenges.

All participants attending in person must be double vaccinated and wear a mask when moving around the Yoga studio. When on your mat/meditation cushion, you are not required to wear a mask. As always, being together in heartfelt company will mark a huge turning point in the past 20 months. As this will be my last retreat in Montreal, I feel it is even more important to meet to cultivate these essential practices.
