Let’s Get Outside! Yoga Class

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 26, 2019
Enjoy Wednesday mid-day sessions learning the connection between yoga, somatic movement and mindfulness meditation for a healthy body and a centred mind. This session will introduce you to the basics so you can take them home and develop your own practice.
Fee: $12 cash
Bring with you a yoga mat and a towel to aid you in your experience.
