20 hour Online Weekend Yoga Teachers Workshop on how back extension postures therapeutically liberate our spines, massage our organs and expand our movement capacity

May 27th, 28th and 29th, 2022 – Online Interactive Weekend Yoga Training Program

Faculty – with Allison Ulan B.F.A., E-RYT 500, YACEP, Joan Gottman MA Psychology, E-RYT 200 and Joan Abbat M.A. Biomechanics, B.F.A. Dance, RYT 200 and Robin Golt E-RYT 500

Schedule:
Friday 5 pm to 7:30 pm MDT / 7 pm to 9:30 pm EDT
Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 3 pm MDT /  10 am to 5 pm EDT
(One hour Lunch break on Saturday and Sunday)

This 20 hour Online Yoga Teachers Training addresses how to move the spine optimally for health and mobility through back bends. We will explore beginner to advanced forms with and without props depending on each person’s needs. You will learn the prerequisites to back bends, the progressive asana sequences for safety and how to build structural strength so this set of postures improve your health and well-being.  Plus, in this training, you will learn the key principles of working with the myofascial network for optimal mobility and stability.

In this module, Robin Golt, teacher of Yoga Philosophy will be co-teaching with me.

This weekend training is part of A Balanced Approach Yoga Teacher Training yearlong program. It can be attended to complete the comprehensive yearlong training or exclusively attended for personal and professional development. Certified yoga teachers can attend to fulfill their continuing education credits.

This module is part of A Balanced Approach Yoga Teachers Training Yearlong Program 2022. Certified Yoga Teachers are welcome to attend to continue their professional development and to receive CECs. This program is accredited through the Yoga Alliance. All Certified Yoga Teachers and Pilates Instructors receive a 10% discount on the program fee.

Investment: $300 plus gst $15 = $315 (Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructors receive a 10% discount on the program fees. )
