Cultivating the Heart and Wisdom of a Teacher

Thursday evenings – 6 – 9 pm at TRX Montreal

In Module 5, the techniques of teaching will be studied, practised and refined.

This module will cover:

~ the philosophy of Yoga,
~ The history of the Darshanas,
~ cultivating a teacher’s voice,
~ the safe and effective techniques of assisting students in postures,
~ using Ayurveda to assess and design yoga classes for different populations.
~ class sequencing the respects and addresses the constitution of the student

(28 hour training)

Tuition for Module 5 is $500 plus taxes.

All graduates of A Balanced Approach Teachers Training Programs receive a 50% discount.  Yoga Teachers who are certified in a 200 hour program with another school can receive a 25% on this course.
