We will gather online to practice, support each other, engage in the practices of emotional resilience and reconnect to the core values of compassion and caring. The Sunday morning sessions we will start with a short centring meditation. Then each session will progress through the practises of self-compassion, concentration and Metta (loving-kindness) meditation to cultivate emotional resilience.

All my classes are online during the Covid-19 shutdowns. Fees for these sessions are free or by donation. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Contributions can be paid to me via an e-transfer to allisonulan@gmail.com.

Register for class by writing to me at allisonulan@gmail.com.  15 minutes before the start of the session, you will receive a secure encrypted Zoom link for you to accept and open.  For meditation sessions, dress comfortably and have a cushion or chair to sit on.
