Enjoy these 60 minute morning sessions to learn the ancient art of ayurvedic health, Yoga and mindfulness. In each class, we will practice practice 30 minutes of buddhist mindfulness meditation practices. Then the class segues into 30 minutes of Yoga for health. This winter session will be focused through the Eight Fold Path of the Buddha. (One of the Essential Teachings of Buddhism).

Winter Session 2021: Mondays and Wednesday mornings from 7 am to 8 am
January 11th to February 24th, 2020

Fee: For the whole session $108 plus taxes = $121.18 (14 sessions)
or drop in rate of $12 plus taxes =$13.80

Registration is required 24 hours in advance by writing me at allisonulan@gmail.com. Payments for a class or the whole course are required in advance. Make payments via an e-transfer to me at allisonulan@gmail.com. When you have registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation email. On the day of classes, you will be sent an email with the Zoom link 15 minutes before the start of the session.
