Online – The Complete Yoga Class for back care and well-being with Allison Ulan

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 11, 2021
Participate in a complete practice to centre, align and release your back so you live with ease and freedom. Online and pre-registration is necessary for these sessions.
Participate in yoga and somatic movement classes to embody the postural integrity. These classes will address your needs to release tension, effectively deal with back pain and therapeutically strengthen the body. First, this class will be a series of yoga postures to release tension. Second, skillfully sequenced somatic exercises and yoga postures will be practiced to balance the body’s strength, flexibility and agility. Lastly, each class will end with breath work and mindfulness meditation to calm the nervous system. These sessions are perfect for the person who wants better body alignment and greater ease in movement.
Spring Session 2021:
9 weeks from Tuesday, March 16th to Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 – 6:30 to 8 pm
Fees: For the whole session, $108 plus taxes = $124.18
or drop in rate regular $15 plus taxes per class = $18.30
or drop in rate for students and seniors $10 plus taxes = $11.50

Please register 24 hours in advance by writing to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, your payment is required in advance via an e-transfer to email@example.com. When your registration email and payment are received, you will receive a confirmation email from me.
15 minutes before the start of each session, you will receive a secure encrypted Zoom link to participate. Be sure you have downloaded Zoom App before the session.
