I am offering this daylong yoga and mindfulness meditation retreat on Sunday December 16th from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm as the ultimate pre-holiday gift of self-care.

This daylong practice is an opportunity to give ourselves the much needed attention, tenderness and compassion we all deserve. For this day, we will take the time to feel, breath and lean into somatic wisdom.  The theme of the retreat will be on nurturing our emotional intelligence and gratitude through authentic presence.

The daylong practice schedule will be:
– Yoga to re-enliven the body,
– irest yoga nidra to somatically experience meditation,
– mindfulness exercises and meditations on compassion and gratitude,
– dharma talk on metta and presence,
– and time to share each others insights.

The fee for the day is sliding scale from $40 to $65. You pay what you can.
