Practice in private sessions to take your health and awareness to the next level. From her 30 years of experience, she will guide you through the essential techniques of Hatha Yoga, somatic movement, Vipassana Meditation and Ayurveda for optimal health and well being. Allison specializes in Yoga for back care, Ayurvedic Yoga for Health and Yoga for Performance in the Arts & Athletics.
In private sessions, you will receive:
- customized sessions for your health, needs and concerns.
- a therapeutic support to help relieve body mis-alignment and optimize your posture, recuperation techniques to heal past injuries, mental and physical techniques to improve physical performance.
- clear instructions on how to deepen your practice on physical, intentional and meditation levels.
- the tools of self-compassion and self-regulation,
- answers to all your questions on a balanced personal yoga and meditation practise with assessment over the short and long term for whole being healing.
1 person or 2 people (60 minutes): $75 plus taxes
1 person or 2 people (90 minutes): $100 plus taxes
Sessions can occur at your home, online or at Mindful Alberta.
Special rate, 5 sessions (1 1/2 hours) for 1 person: $400 plus taxes = $459.60. To receive this special, all sessions are scheduled in advance. Complete payment is due at the first meeting.
