Come enjoy a 2 hour session to tweek your asana to stimulate news ways of easing into postures, pranayama (breathing exercises) and mindfulness meditation to center your mind. From Allison’s has 30 years of experience in Ashtanga, Iyengar and mindfulness, you will learn what asana to do and not do during summer.  Plus, you will learn the Big 6 postures which reboot the  immune system and aid the lymphatic system. This sequence is customized for summer health and vitality.

Come learn a few Yoga “tricks” to just ease into life.
