This complete class is your opportunity to practice the traditional yoga postures infused with the best practices of functional anatomy and somatic movement. Discover smart, fun and effective ways to improve your posture, flexibility, strength and agility.

Course Dates: Thursday evenings – January 9th to March 26th, 2020 – 6:30 to 8 pm (No class on March 5th, 2020.)

Yoga for Beginners Course provides a sound foundation for the basics in Vinyasa Krama Yoga and the therapeutics of movement. In a small group setting, students are taken through the class step-by-step with explanations of the postures (āsanas) and breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma). Plus in this course, students will be introduced to the basics of meditation.

This course is open to anyone who is completely new to yoga, new to the Vinyasa Krama Yoga method or anyone who would like to go back to the basics. The course is structured over 10 classes, meeting once a week.

Pre-registation in advance is required for this course by writing to Allison at allisonulan@gmail.com.  Payment in full is required to reserve and confirm your registration. Drop ins are welcome but full registered students will be given priority in this course.

A free-trial class on January 9th at 6:30 pm for those curious to see how my classes are structured and my teaching style. Please contact me at allisonulan@gmail.com by January 4th to be notified if there is a place available to you.  Priority will be given to students who are pre-registered and pre-paid.


$140 plus taxes regular rate for full course session = $160.69

$115 plus taxes student/senior rate for full course session = $132.22

Please bring a towel  and water bottle to class. A Yoga mat will be provided to students participating in this course.
