Enjoy a class that blends the best of yoga, somatic movement and mindfulness so you leave class aligned, centred and revitalized. These Saturday morning classes will flow in the Vinyasa Krama approach to support developing strength, flexibility, agility and concentration. The Winter session will focus on standing postures, backbends, twist and supported inversions of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga.

Allison skillfully guides you through yoga and anatomy techniques which release body tension and develop structural integrity so you can live with more freedom and ease.  In this class, you will use props such as blocks, yoga straps, chairs, the wall and bolsters to aid the body to learn new alignment and dynamics.

Fees: First time attending class with Allison is only $10 (includes all applicable taxes and a yoga mat)

Twelve session registration regular rate – $150 plus taxes

Twelve session registration for students/seniors – $125 plus taxes

or drop in for one class $16 plus taxes regular rate, $12 plus taxes for students/seniors
