This complete class is your opportunity to practice the traditional yoga postures infused with the best practices of functional anatomy and somatic movement. Discover smart, fun and effective ways to improve your posture, flexibility, strength and coordination. Plus, you will learn through asana and breath work to access deeper levels of alignment, strength and balance. Be prepared to move, play and experiment. These sessions are for the person who wants better alignment and greater ease in all activities. Hey that’s all of us!

Fees:

Drop in rates: $16 plus taxes per class regular rate, $12 plus taxes for student drop in

$140 plus taxes regular rate for ten sessions

$115 plus taxes student/senior rate for ten sessions

Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel to class.
