Participate in a Yoga practice which is all about back care.  You will learn and embody the techniques which centre, align and releases your back so you can live with ease, strength and freedom.

Through key yoga postures and somatic movement patterns, you will learn to embody postural integrity. Class commences with a series of yoga postures to release tension. Then each class will progress through a sequence if somatic exercises and yoga postures are promote flexibility, strength and agility. Each class ends with breath work and a deep relaxation. Through guiding these classes for 20 years, I have witnessed deep release and renewed energy for all who have participated.

Location: Mindful Alberta, 46 Valleyview Crescent, Edmonton
Dates : Tuesdays,  January 16th to March 19th – 10 week session
Time: 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm
Fees: $17 drop in
$140 for the full 10 week session
