Participate in a Yoga practice which centres, aligns and releases your back so you live with ease, strength and freedom.

Through key yoga postures and somatic movement patterns, you will learn to embody postural integrity. Class commences with a series of yoga postures to release tension. Then each class progresses through sequenced somatic exercises and yoga postures are practiced to balance the body’s strength, flexibility and agility. Each class ends with breath work and a deep relaxation. Through guiding these classes for 20 years, I have witnessed deep release and renewed energy for all who have participated.

Location: Mile Zero Dance Studios – Upstairs Studio
Dates : Open House class on September 6th (suggested donation is $10)
Wednesdays September 13th to December 13th – 12 week session (No class on November 22nd) One additional extension class for class cards. : )
Time: 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm
Fees: $15 drop in
$140 for the full 12 week session
