The body is in a constant state of change, maintenance and detoxification.  To release toxins, our body does numerous actions from sweating, urinating, defecating, exhaling, sneezing and when phlegm develops, spitting. All of these actions are the body’s natural detoxification processes.

When we practice yoga to detoxify, we intelligently compress and decompress the internal organs, so they receive massages. We practice through wringing actions which is similar to wringing a cloth soaked with liquid. We twist the cloth till all the liquid is gone. When we wring the internal organs through twisting poses, it promotes releasing toxins, increasing blood circulation and stimulating the excretory systems. Come to this workshop to twist and improve your health.
