Participate in weekly Online Meditation and mindful movement classes to fill your life with more awareness, kindness and equanimity.  Learn how the ancient practices of Vipassana meditation allow for each of us to embody deeper  understanding and open pathways to engage with our lives with more skill.

Fees:  Daana – Donation  $10 to $15 per class
