Yoga and Pilates in the perfect fitness combination to develop strength, endurance and agility. Over 12 weeks, the classes will sequence from creating space in the body to learn to move with strength from the body’s core. These 85 minute classes every Saturday at The Royal Glenora Club will motivate and challenge.  You will always leave class smiling.
