These sessions are focused in the practices that strengthen the body through alignment, inversions and the bandhas. Plus, we will explore different vinyasas (asana sequences) to balance upper and lower body strength. This course is appropriate for all experience levels as the postures will be taught progressively and to the level of the group.

This course is offered at the University of Alberta in the Education building in studio GB-64.
