Enjoy the perfect blend to Yoga and Pilates to move better, be stronger and breath deeper. These classes will be focused on essential practices to cultivate strength, flexibility and coordination to improve all of your athletic and non athletic activities. You must be a member of the Royal Glenora Club to attend these classes.
