Participate in a dance class which expands your movement vocabulary, trains your agility, and increases your creativity. Class will start with a contemporary dance warm-up and then progress into dance improvisation forms which explore spatial awareness, rhythm, body shaping/forms, solo and group movement chorus movement scores and fun dance improv games. Take this class to express your inner dance demon, leave feeling like a movement angel. (No class on November 14, 2023)
