Hello my Edmonton Forest Yoga friends,

I found the perfect location for this Sunday’s Forest Yoga. We will meet up and practise at Kinnaird Park (77 street & Jasper Avenue). Please arrive by 1:55 pm. We will gather at the street post signs and then walk into the plateau forest area to set up. At 2 pm, we will start.

To participate, bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a yoga strap of your choosing. This Sunday, the weather will be perfect. Bring your desire to move, breathe & soak in the sunshine. Plus, bring a coffee cup for chai at the end of the 60 minute session.
