Let mindfulness start your day and change your life.

Commit to practice and receive the benefits from the ancient art of Vipassana meditation. For 30 days, you will be guided in the core teachings of Vipassana meditation. The daily sessions will build sequentially through the techniques of breath awareness, body awareness, single pointed focus, concentration, open mind meditations and the emotional resilience meditations of the Brahma Viharas.

Plus, for full registered participants, the sessions will be uploaded to a private Youtube channel. You will be able to access the videos for the 30 days of the course whenever you need or want.

Meditation – All it takes is showing up each day with curiosity and kindness.

Dates and times:

Sunday March 14th – Introductory session – 9 am to 10 am

Monday, March 15th to Tuesday, April 13th –
Daily guided group Zoom sessions – 7 am to 7:30 am

Fee: One full registration $40 plus taxes = $45.99
Registering with a friend (fee for two) $60 plus taxes = $68.99

Registration is required 24 hours in advance by writing to allisonulan@gmail.com. Payment for the whole course is required in advance. Make payments via an e-transfer to allisonulan@gmail.com. When you have registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation email with Zoom link.
