Enjoy a class that blends the best of yoga, somatic movement and mindfulness so you leave class aligned, centred and revitalized. These Saturday morning classes will flow in the Vinyasa Krama approach to support developing strength, flexibility, agility and concentration. The Spring session will focus on standing postures, backbends, twists and supported inversions.

Allison skillfully guides you through yoga and somatic techniques which release body tension and develop structural integrity so you can live with more freedom and ease.  In this class, you will use props such as blocks, yoga straps, chairs, the wall and bolsters to aid the body to learn new alignment and dynamics. Then you will explore movement and flow sequences to integrate new patterns of mobility and presence.

Spring Session – April 4th to June 27th – 12 classes

Fees: Free or by donation.  No one will be turned away for lack of funds.  If you can pay, please make donations to me via an e-transfer to or by Paypal to Online class rate is $10 – $20.

Regular fees are usually:

Full session registration – regular rate – $150 plus taxes

Rate for students/seniors – $120 plus taxes

Pay in full for this course before March 31st and you receive a 10% discount.

or drop in for one class $16 plus taxes regular rate, $12 plus taxes for students/seniors
