Commit to practice the art of of self care through mindfulness. At the heart of mindfulness is awareness which nurtures compassion and skilful action. Through the progressive stages of mindfulness training, you will learn somatic grounding, mental focus and emotional resilience. And like no other time in history, we need all of these skills to live, love and thrive.
For 30 days, you will be guided in the foundational teachings of Vipassana meditation. The daily sessions will build sequentially through the techniques of breath awareness, body awareness, concentration, intellectual humility and the emotional resilience. Plus, daily emails will be accompany the recordings with reminders of the mindfulness exercises we practiced on that day.
For participants who participate for the full 30 days, all sessions will be audio recorded and sent to you on the day of recording. So if you can not attend in the mornings, you can still practice with the group. Plus, on Sunday, September 19th, we will meet in-person (Espace BE, Montreal) or online for a daylong retreat (9am to 3:30 pm) to deepen our explorations and growth.

Dates and times:
September 1st – Introductory Session – 7:30 pm to 8 pm
September 2nd to September 30th –
Mondays to Fridays – Two Guided Group Zoom Sessions each day – 7:30 am to 8 am (EST) and 7:30 pm to 8 pm (EST) except for Sunday September 19th which will be a full daylong retreat (online or in-person) from 9 am to 3:30 pm (EST).
Saturdays and Sundays – One Guided Group Zoom Sessions each day – 7:30 to 8 am (EST) except for Sunday September 19th.
For participants registered for the full course, all sessions will be recorded and sent to you so you never miss an opportunity to practice.
Fees: In pre-covid times, this course in person cost $400 plus taxes. As times have shifted, I am offering this course at a drastically reduced rate to allow it to be accessible to more people.
Registration full fee for one participant $150 plus taxes = $172.46
Registration one full fee participation for students, seniors and people financially strapped at this time $100 plus taxes = $114.95
Registering with a friend (fee for two) $250 plus taxes = $287.44
Registration is required 48 hours in advance by writing to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment for the whole course is required in advance. Make payments via an e-transfer to email@example.com. When you have registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation email with Zoom link and all pertinent course details.
