Experience the ancient practice of Vipassana Meditation which has helps millions of people.  At the heart of mindfulness meditation is self-compassion and awareness. It is a progressive method of self care and deep understanding of the nature of life. Led by Allison Ulan (Soma Yoga Teacher and Vipassana Instructor for 25 years), you will learn the skills of somatic grounding, mental focus, emotional resilience and mindful communication. And like no other time in history, we need these skills to live, connect and thrive.

Mindfulness Meditation – All it takes is showing up with curiosity, patience and kindness.

Dates and times:

Wednesday evenings –  October 6th to December 1st, 2021 – 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Fee: By donation. Suggested donation per session is from $5 to $15. Give what you can, participate and benefit from a centred mind and open heart. All donations are offered through an e-transfer to allisonulan@gmail.com.
