Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not be overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. While mindfulness is an ability we all naturally possess, it is more readily available to us when we practice it on a daily basis. Participate in these weekly sessions to learn the progressive method of mindfulness through Vipassana meditation to live with more self awareness, discernment and joy.
This autumn session will use the eightfold noble path of the Buddha as our reference to practice and integrate mindfulness into our daily lives.
Dates: September 6th to November 29th, 2023 12 sessions over 13 weeks (No class on October 11th and November 22nd.)
Time: 7 pm to 8 pm MST – Dharma talk and practice Online n
Location: MZD Upstairs Studio Online. Online participants need to preregister to receive Zoom links.
Fee: By donation – Daana.  (Suggested donation per session is $10 to $15.  Please pay by cash at each session.)
