This 8 week course is your opportunity to practice Vinyasa Krama Yoga infused with the effective practices of functional anatomy and somatic movement. Discover fun and effective ways to optimise your health through developing your breath, flexibility, strength, agility and concentration.

Autumn Session 2021: Thursday evenings Online or In person – October 10th to November 26th, 2020 – 6:30 pm to 8 pm

This course will provide you with the fundamentals of Vinyasa Krama Yoga blended with the therapeutics of somatic movement. In each class, you are guided through postures and exercises step-by-step with clear explanations of the postures (āsanas) and breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma). You will learn the key anatomical alignment to relieve back tension, increase mobility of the spine, calm the nervous system and naturally increase strength. Plus, you will be introduced to the basic form of mindfulness meditation.

Fee: For the whole eight weeks – $108 plus taxes = $124.18
or drop-in rate of $15 plus taxes $18.30 per class
The curse will be limited to 12 participants to assure everyone receives one on one attention.

Register in advance (48 hours) is required by writing to me at allisonulan@gmail.com. Newcomers are welcome at anytime. Yet, you need to write to me assure there is space available for drop-ins.  Priority will be given to participants registered for the full course. Payment is required in advance of classes via en e-transfer to allisonulan@gmail.com.
