Start the day off relaxed and centred. Traditionally meditation is practiced first in the day so it sets the tone of everything to follow. Discover how it will tune your senses and mind so you are ready for whatever life throws your way.

This summer join Allison online every Monday and Wednesday morning in a guided Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation.  Be supported in classes that develop your awareness, compassion and concentration. Plus, do it from the comfort of wherever you are. All sessions are online through Zoom.

Summer Meditation schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays – 7:30 am to 8 am
