Benefit from a complete practice to centre, align and release your back so you live with ease and freedom. These classes will be online and in person this autumn. You choose how you will like to participate.

Through key yoga postures and somatic movement, you will learn to embody postural integrity. First part of this class is a series of yoga postures to release tension. Second, skilfully sequenced somatic exercises and yoga postures are practiced to balance the body’s strength, flexibility and agility. Lastly, each class ends with breath work and mindfulness meditation to balance the nervous system. These sessions are perfect for the person who wants a quieter practice to develop better body alignment and greater ease in movement.

Autumn Session 2021:

11 weeks from Tuesday, October 5th to Tuesday, December 14th, 2021 – 7 to 8:30 pm

Fees:
Regular rate for the full session (11 classes) $150 plus taxes = $172.46
Student/Senior rate for the full session (11 classes) $108 plus taxes = $124.18
or drop in rate regular $15 plus taxes per class = $18.30
or drop in rate for students and seniors $10 plus taxes = $11.50
or pay what you wish

Please register 24 hours in advance by writing to me at allisonulan@gmail.com. Also, your payment is required in advance via an e-transfer to allisonulan@gmail.com. When your registration email and payment are received, you will receive a confirmation email with the class Zoom link. Be sure you have downloaded Zoom App before the start of the first session.
