Self-acceptance is key to our health and well being. The more acceptance and compassion we extend to ourselves, the more resilient and adaptive we are to meet the challenges of life. Self-acceptance is a radical act of extending compassion and understanding to ourselves. When we have this relationship with ourselves, it extends to all the relationships. This course facilitates mindfulness based journaling to cultivate kindness, expand our field of awareness, foster self-acceptance and present compassion as a way of life.

Every Wednesday, we will meet online for 60 minutes. Each session will consist of a centring practice, two creative compassion contemplations, open discussion time and lots of playful journalling. Over the eight weeks, the course will explore and journal the eight fold path of Buddhism.
