Participate in a Yoga class which is all about your back health. This class will provide you with progressive exercises to release tension, balance muscular recruitment and strengthen your back for movement freedom.

Each class will commence with a series of yoga postures to release tension. Then class will progress through a sequence if somatic exercises and yoga postures are promote core alignment and initiation to balance the body’s flexibility, strength and agility. Each class will end with breath work and a deep relaxation.

Location: Online and in person at Mindful Alberta, 46 Valleyview Crescent, Edmonton, T5R 5S8
Dates: Tuesdays,  May 14th to June 25th – 7 week session
Time: 6:00 pm to 7:20pm
Fees: $18 drop in regular, $13 drop in for Seniors/Students
$115 regular fee for the 7 week session, $90 Senior/Student fee for the 7 week session. 
All fees include gst.
