February 25, 26 and 27, 2022 – 20 hour Online Yoga Teacher Training Weekend
with Allison Ulan B.F.A. E-RYT 500 YACEP, Joan Gottman MA Psychology, E-RYT 200 and Paul Cramer Massage Therapist BA Linguistics.
This 20 hour Online Yoga Teachers Training addresses the dynamics of standing postures and how all movement possibilities originate through a healthy pelvic floor connection.
For mobility, strength and organ health, lower body alignment and fitness are essential. If you work with students who have problems accessing stability in their legs, sciatica, lower back problems, difficulty breathe correctly or insomnia, this weekend’s curriculum addresses these conditions. You will learn the yoga approaches to addresses these conditions and how to guide yoga classes with these principles. In this weekend, you will study what pelvic floor health is, the anatomy of the lower body, how to embody lower body strength & agility through asana and how these factors support a healthy nervous system.
This module is part of A Balanced Approach Yoga Teachers Training Yearlong Program 2022. Certified Yoga Teachers are welcome to attend to continue their professional development and to receive CECs. This program is accredited through the Yoga Alliance. All Yoga Alliance Certified Teachers receive a 10% discount on the program fee.
Friday 5:30 pm MST / 7:30 pm EST to 8 pm MST / 10 pm EST
Saturday and Sunday 8 am MST / 10 am EST to 3 pm MST / 5 pm EST (Lunch break for one hour each day)
